Empire Legal Reporting was founded in 2009 by Thomas Fallarino with a clear purpose: to build the kind of court reporting agency that South Florida’s top law firms had been asking for — one that combined elite service with genuine personal attention.

From a single office in Fort Lauderdale, Empire has grown into a nationally recognized legal support firm serving attorneys, corporations, and legal teams across all 50 states. Our headquarters in the 110 Tower places us directly across from the Broward County Courthouse.
